When I grow up

Let me give some background on this one. Jeff's favorite joke... whats righteous enough to be translated but to heavy to lift up... a BYU coed.... on and on fill in your favorite BYU joke here....

So anyways we were were talking yesterday and Kelsi came up and said dad I can be whatever I want to be when I grow up right, he said of course... Then Kelsi said I want to go to BYU and be a BYU cheerleader. You can image Jeff right now, swallowing pretty hard right.... Then Gabe pipes up yea me too dad I want to be a cheerleader, that about did him in. So after a little talking to Gabe and he figured out what a cheerleader was, how "they cheer for the ones doing all the work" Gabe decided he wanted to be a football player and that Kelsi would cheer him on as a cheerleader.... things were somewhat ok after that, he is still working on the school though!

Tough Man

Gabe is such a funny kid, he is moving into the superhero faze and he is torn between Transformers and Batman.... He wanted me to take a picture of him showing off his muscles and being tough like they are.

Wipeout

Our kids favorite show, hands down is Wipeout. They count the days down until they get to watch it again and then they laugh their heads off. We think it is hilarious to watch them get so into it. So the other day the kids decided to make their own "Wipeout" course. They took every pillow, blanket, couch cushion in the house and pilled at the bottom of the stairs and they were taking their turn wipping out on it. There was a lot of cheering, dancing, slidding, yelling, and everything else you can image as they played on it.

This is a picture of what my downstairs looked like while they were done, needless to say we were not going anywhere for a while, the door to the garage was pretty much blocked in.

Man I need to get Jeff on that show, wouldn't he be a great Wipeout contestant... hey $50,000??? Any ideas on how to get him on?!

Air Show

We went to the Hill Air Force Base Air Show on saturday. We had a lot of fun, there was a lot of really good shows, really neat airplanes to look at. It was also the perfect temperature for a day of fun mingling with millions of other people.... Here is a few pictures of our fun day.

Gabe's FHE

Gabe's primary teacher gave him a Book of Mormon yesterday at church and he has been so excited about it. He said that he wanted to be in charge of FHE and then proceeded to tell us his version of the story of a good little boy named Moroni.
